How do I find out the version/release number currently used by IntExp (6)?

If this is an older, outdated version is there a way of offline installation for just
the java.dll (not the whole IE) ?

I assume I have to download the current java.dll from a webpage (from where?) and put it into
a certain directory. Or is there another way?

Can I use an installed jdk for the IE instead of the built in java.dll ?

How do I switch from built-in-MS-java.dll to the jdk java ?
