My interface won't show up...?

| So, I'm working on my second to final project for this java class from hell and I have the interface coded (or so I thought), it compiles without any errors, but the only thing that shows up in the window is the menu.
What I was trying to do is to arrange all of my components into rows so you'd have a row of labels above a row of text boxes and so forth. Can anyone tell me what I did wrong? I have a sample image of what the interface should look like if that would help...I have no clue what the hell I'm doing and I'm at a loss...I'm attaching the code to this message.
