MAC Applications - APM Tuner X: where to find?

APM Tuner X: where to find?

I have a new iBook G4 with a periodically "clacking" Hitachi hard drive
(actually the noises sound normal, except it sounds as if someone forgot
to put in the sound dampening materials--if there were such a thing--I
have a G3 iBook that's quiet and more solid by comparison; I think Apple
apparently and unfortunately really scrimped on materials with the G4
model).

Anyway it's been recommended to me to try the APM Tuner X app but I
can't find it anywhere. Anyone know of any live links to info for this
app?
