Tip #1: Spell out your words in their entirety when corresponding in
conventional mediums, rather than using extremely lame "shortcuts" like
"2 b", which make you look extremely unprofessional. Nobody's going to
take you seriously if you can't communicate decently.

Tip #2: Ask in a group related to graphic design or general web authoring,
not in a group dedicated to the programming aspect of things.
