I haven't freelanced any CGI work but I'm thinking about it. How much money
do you guys make doing this, is there a lot of work out there?

What can you guys tell me on the market out there for freelance cgi?

Plenty of work if you can make do on minimum wage (at least by USA
standards).

Consider establishing relations with web designers who have big
commercial accounts.

The CGI work that's available for bid on the open market is being
handled mostly by low paid programmers in Asia from what I've seen lately.
