ANNOUNCE: Tk-DiffText v0.15

Version 0.15 of Tk::DiffText has just been released on CPAN and should
appear on the mirrors shortly. The big change is the addition of a
scaled difference map alongside the text. Scrollable map support is
planned for the next version.

Since I haven't made any previous announcements, it's also worth noting
that since version 0.13 Tk::DiffText performs comparisons directly on
the contents of he ROText widgets. This makes it much less
memory-hungry (though probably a little slower).
