How to install CPAN modules without internet access

Hi!

I need to install some perl components in a machine
without net access for development purposes.

Is possible to use the CPAN module to download
all the dependencies and install them afterwards?

You can do the installation on another system and simply copy the whole perl
tree to the unattached system.
