Author Color management with Perl/Tk?

Hi,

I have some user request for color management support in my picture
viewer and organizer Mapivi (http://mapivi.de.vu).

Color management is a system where the pixel information is
reinterpreted based on profiles of the display and other hardware,
within a color space that defines the range of colors.
It's a good effort at making images look the same across platforms and
on different output devices like monitors, printers and presses.

lcms is an open source engine for interpreting and applying those
profiles.

Is color management supported in any way by Perl/Tk?
If not, are there some plans to support this?

Bye,
Martin
