Upgrading perl/Tk for Active State (How do I do it?)

| Because of an answer to an earlier question (thanks for taking the time
Slaven, and thanks for all the great modules) I am looking to upgrade my Tk
under Active State perl. How do I do this? I don't suppose there is a .ppm
since I already have the latest Active State installation.
Will I need a compiler? Can I use Cygwin gcc that I already have, even
though I use Active State perl and not the perl in Cygwin?
Johan J
note: I am using Win XP
