Author Installing Apache::NNTPGateway

Running Fedora 3/x86 and downloaded Apache::NNTPGateway:

http://search.cpan.org/doc/BOUBAKER.../NNTPGateway.pm

First needed to install mod_perl which I did and it works, at least
with a small toy example. However, installation of said module
failed:

perl Makefile.PL
Warning: prerequisite apache 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Apache::Constants 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Apache::Request 0 not found.
Warning: prerequisite Mail::Address 0 not found.
Writing Makefile for Apache::NNTPGateway

I actually cannot find those modules in my Perl installation. I do
find them in perl_mod-1.29, but my rpm package has the strange name:

mod%5fperl-devel_1.99%5f16-3_i386.rpm

Something is amiss. Fedora? Or me? Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
