How should I announce the list of delayed class/object/method loaders?

I've been maintaining a list of object loaders for quite some time now:

And I don't know where to publish it on a regular basis:

here, comp.lang.perl.moderated come to mind.
perlmonks.org would not appreciate re-posts I think and I want to
release a new one periodically.

my software design mailing list is dead <sigh>

I could simply upload it to CPAN... any ideas?
