I'm trying to contact the author of the precious Math::MatrixSparse module,
Mr. Jake Kesinger. However, he does not seem to answer my emails.
I badly need to add some straightforward extensions and bug-fixes to the
module and somehow manage to get the new version to CPAN. I am not actually
familiar with the policy on how to achieve this. Could somebody clarify,
what do I have to do in order to upload the new version if I can't reach
the original author?
