Auction script question

Hello,

I've been asked to host a silent auction. The scope of this auction is for
charity, and no profit to be made on it. I spent quite some time on
different script servers looking for a free solution. A php script with
Mysql backend, easy to install and maintain.

A found a few scripts however either those were old or not maintained any
more beacuse couldn't properly install them, and it wouldn't run on my Linux
server.

Could anyone direct me to a script which fits the above requirements,
generally something e-bay type and it is free?
