Sorry...i don't have much knowledge of SQL and I hope someone can
help me.

here is an visual of the print out

Subject Completes Calls Hours Spent

Subject is simple to get...

But I'm having trouble with the last 3 columns.

Objective:
------------

Completes has the condition of the following: Sum up the number of
completes for X Subject

Calls has the condition of the following: Sum up the number of calls
for X Subject

Hours Spent: The value must be derive from the start and end time of
each call pertaining to X Subject. And sum up the total hours.
