I read about injecting headers into an email
What I read stated that all I needed to do was make
sure that I checked for the \n\r characters

Can you advise on the best method to prevent
header injection?

I apoligize for the vague question.

I have a database full of email addresses that I use to
send emails to my churches congregation only.
Is there anyway for someone to hijack
one of these emails and do bad things?
