Hylafax supports faxing using portrait mode only. The PHP application
prints report in PDF format using FPDF.

How could I print a report in landscape mode using portrait paper
(something like rotate 90-degree)?

pdf2ps & pstops (from psutils - not ps2ps) & ps2pdf (although IIRC Hylafax
will work with PS files).
