Hi,
Can anyone help me out?
I run Windows ME and WinMySQLadmin 1.4

Does anyone know what this message means?

PHP Warning: PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library
'D:\php\ext\php_mysql.dll' a device attached to the system is not
functioning in unknown on line 0.

(2) No such file or directory exists:exec() may not be safe
Apache 1.3.31(Win32) PHP 5.1.6 running
