Parse Error Help?!?

I just modified some simple text on my index.php

the error reads like

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/autord06/public_html/catalog/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 120

define('TEXT_BUY', 'Buy 1 '');
define('TEXT_NOW', '' now');
define('TEXT_ALL_CATEGORIES', 'All Categories');

Somewhere within there is the issue.
