Hi,
my php version 4.2 compiled without mysql:
'--without-mysql'
was still calling correctly mysql function, but php 4.3.10 fails. error
message:
Call to undefined function: mysql_create_db()

is the result. i have only the compiled version of php comming with SuSE
Linux. but the descrition under:
http://pl.php.net/manual/pl/ref.mysql.php

reads php above version 4 has always mysql switched on. do i have to
download php and compile it on my own, or is it somhow possible to use
mysql with my php commind from SuSE as rpm packet.

thank you in advance for your suggestions
