What do I mean?
Basically any website that has a Page with "news" articles and
archives, for them,
Does anyone have an Idea where I can get some SOLID PhP tutorials?
Regards,

I'm wondering if a blog application would suite your needs. There are
several good PHP blog apps out there. I just installed Wordpress (and I
have *no* PHP experience. You just download and unzip the install,
upload it to your web site and execute the installation script for some
preliminary configuration. I had it installed in about 20 minutes. I
find it's pretty rich in its feature set. Check out my blog at
http://www.melroman.net/blog/. I've just put in my first article and
haven't yet used a lot of the available functionality, but that might
give you a flavour of what it can do for you.

Don't bother. Several people have already created PHP-based tools for
this purpose.
Look into Xoops and/or Wordpress. The latter is a blog-style site,
whereas the former includes gallery, forums, downloads, FAQs, etc.
