So I guess its time to buy new hardware because IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL means in most cases
that you have a hardware problem, but this isn't the reason for your original problem.
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL is not really funny, I had that a while ago, too.
Just to mention. ;)

yes create a new one and check your hardware as soon as possible.
