I know I'm old and extremely grey, but what about things like 'coding
standards' and 'design documents'?

This problem has been around since time began, and communication of one
kind or another is the only way forward.

Steve, document standards are great... and in this case, my hope is
that the language itself can be "reformed" so that such standards
are not needed. If the language had a "include_relative" directive,
it would solve the problem. I am still waiting to hear why we cannot
have such a thing. They could easily put it in PHP5+.
