Help needed with a couple projects

| Hi,
I have two projects that I had someone helping me with them but the
person could not
continue. Both of these are free services and no intention is made to
provide income to anyone. So, I'm hoping to get volunteers but I could work
out a barter for services. My web site is at: http://TriangleWebHosting.biz
and so I could offer a significant web design hosting package in exchange
for the assistance.
The first project I want to develop for others is a resource directory.
It would allow users to find resources and keep them up to date. So, it
would need to have a database designed for it and some programming to make
this work. Database normalization and design can be somewhat complex to me.
Right now the page only has a list of items on the page from resources as I
identify them... no database, no database driven site. There are many more
resources to add and thus the need for a database. The site is:

The other one is a free friend finder/singles personals site. By the
time my customer lost interest in the site, I had members already in the
database. My customer bought the site off eBay and it needs more work, to
say the least. I setup from my cPanel a TikiWiki to enhance these use of
the site and the features one might want. So, this site is at:
http://nationwidesingles.us for the main site and the "community". area is
at: http://nationwidesingles.us/ourTown/
Please call or email me if you can help in any way, Learning the tikiwiki
site is not very hard but these "community" web sites can be tricky at
times.
Visiting the site http://nationwidesingles.us will allow you to see where
the features and problems exist..
These are very important to me so I hope we can work out some deal. I do
web design and web hosting so I could offer web hosting to someone who can
help me with these issues/designs etc. Since these sites are for the public
good and society, no fees are charged and so my hope is to find volunteers
as I have in the past, to create modify and enhance the sites as needed.

You keep posting this "opportunity" at least once a month. Has the fact
that no one has contacted you meant anything to you?
