OK - you mean the apache that is installed with a server installation of
Oracle?
You might want to look here:
http://otn.oracle.com/products/ias/...ons_for_ohs.htm
... as Oracle have recently started supporting having PHP loaded in the Oracle
Apache server, and have stated that they'll start supporting PHP itself in a
future version.

I don't understand your question. PHP will work on the apache server you
installed it on. Not sure what you're referring to by 'the whole machine'.

I got suse 8 and apache 1.23 that comes with suse8 and I also have PHP 4
installed on this same machine and it is working .
I wish to install oracle 9ias which also comes with apache but it a
diferente apache it's oracle apache.
I'm devepoling some software in php to place it in oracle apache but it
won't run.
How can I install php and tell it that directory /opt/oracle/... has also
