TEMPORARILY AN EX-INTERNET USER,
AND POSSIBLY EX-BOASTER.

AND NOW HERE IS MICHAEL BRADLEY'S BIO AS TAKEN FROM
HIS DEFUNCT WEBSITE, WWW.GZENTOOLS.COM .
-----------------------------------------------------------
Welcome,

I am flattered you want to know about me,
so let me start off by saying thank you.

I have recieved a lot of emails asking me,
who I am, who I work for, can I write scripts for people.

I know a lot of you have seen me on various websites,
magazines, and all over the news groups,
and radio interviews (well only the gy
up all night XM radio listeners), So I thought
I would post this up.

First, Why gZen?
Well the encoder tools was something I did
one night when I couldn't sleep. Then I needed a
place to post them up. It was actualy code snippets
from a larger project I was working on, I'll spare
you the details, but I will say it was , it
streamed code to another server over an SSH session
and results returned.

Thus gZen was born. Now I play with gZen every once
in a while, clean up some of the code, optimize here
and there, and add new tools. Now the reason it does
not progress that fast is well, I do have a day job
and a life.

Who am I?
Well I am Michael Bradley, and I am a CEO. What does
that mean? Well not much, I have two corporations,
one that owns brick and mortor companies, and the
other owns internet related businesses.

Do I write scripts for others, sell my services?
I generaly don't do project work, no one wants to
pay for it.Besides there are no small projects, they
all seam to grow and grow. However, I do a lot of free
stuff on small snippets becouse sections of code can be
done, and finished. However, I like to solve problems
and challenges, so I don't mind lending a coding hand,
or a thought.

Will I take on a project?
Only if the project is not big, or at least my part is
not big. I do like my life and don't like vacationing
in a computer room.

A little background:
I have been programming since I was around 9 yrs old,
tought myself Assembly Code on several chips, 8080, z80,
6502, 6510, 8086. I even knew Assembly on CP/M machines,
Then I was teaching at the adult school in Simi Valley by
the age of 16, I tought Intro to Electronics,
Computer Repair, dBase III+

So you can see I have always been around computers, I
have designed large scale systems that span several machines,
without the use of cluster software. I strongly believe
in getting the job done fast/simple/inexpensive. I have
written websites that run on several servers, with
intercomunications between the various services.
I have done this always with off the shelf hardware/os/scripts.
When it comes to internet related services,
rarely do I write a piece of code that gets compiled.

This is where I play when I am not at work,
It's a little office at home.
Mostly where I test ideas so I don't have
to head down to the office.

Ok, that about covers it,

Sincerly,
Michael Bradley
