fill pdf template dynamically?

| hi all,
i need the data from the database to be fetched into an existing pdf
document ,that too to appropriate textinput boxes.Plz pour in ur
valuable suggestions!

I've looking for the same.
If it is not to hard for you, then take a look at ezpdf (search the
net, it has a homepage) and create the entire sheet/form/whatever
yourself. I ended up doing that instead of finding way to edit
existing documents.
