I use Merak by IceWarp. I have been using it for three years now no
problems.

I use ArgoSoft Mail Server. Works well enough for testing, anyway.
Be careful though - some ISP's block port 25. Also, if you aren't careful
configuring it, you can become an open relay for spammers everywhere.
BTW - what does this have to do with PHP?
