Maybe it's the wrong phase of the moon.
Maybe you mis-typed the address.
Maybe your Internet access is down.
What did your network administrator say when you asked them this?

It's working from my end. Have you tried using traceroute to find out
if there's a jacknifed semi on the Internet Highway?

Ask your symin for help.
