Hi-
I ran the full suite of unit tests for Gallery 2.2-RC-1 with PHP
5.2.1-RC-2 on debian+mysql. I did get 3 test failures and tracked them
down to a fsockopen call that gave a timeout parameter of 1 second.
This call itself still worked fine, but it seems that maybe with 5.2.1
this timeout now also applies to later fgets calls? I observed behavior
where sometimes the first fgets call would return (bool)false but the
next one would be ok. We'll raise this timeout for the 2.2 final
release so we should be fine with PHP 5.2.1.
