PHP QA team?

Hi,

I've been looking through PHP tests for the PHP and it's extensions -
there's a lot of good stuff there and at the moment all I've done is
poke at the edges of it to see where it's possible to fill in the gaps.
Even though the line coverage is impressive there are still a few gaps
in terms of testing all possible (or likely) user inputs to functions.

There is one thing I'm curious about - I keep wondering who the PHP QA
team is exactly :-). Is there a group of people who focus *only* on
testing PHP? Would it be useful to have their names, and maybe what they
are working on or areas of special interest, listed somewhere? Or maybe
there is such a list and I've just failed to find it?
