Compile dir unwritable

Hi,

I use smarty everyday, everything works fine.

But, with one customer which host himselft his website, he don't have right
to write on the smarty compile dir.

I think I can upload compiled template. But, how can I compile ALL template
without visiting each pages which contain template ?

If I make a big .tpl file which include all tpl file, all template will be
compiled again ?
