| Daniele,
I have PHP4.3 running on my server (Win NT) but PHP5 on my development
laptop (XP). No problems noticed so far. Just make sure that your PHP script
knows where Smarty is.

| PHP5 will work perfectly with smarty. Smarty uses none of the new
reserved words in PHP5, so it should be completely functional.
