Trouble with mailing-list (majordomo@obscure.org...)

hi there,

I hope I'm not bothering anyone with faulty email settings, but I'm
pretty sure this is not my fault and perhaps other people have the same
problem:

whenever I write an email to smarty-general, I receive an email like
this (from majordomo@obscure.org):

this is pretty annoying. does anyone else have this problem?
