Hi QA team,

I've begun to write my first test suite with PHPUnit 3.x, for the
PEAR_Info package. This one is release under license PHP 3.0 [1]

BUT, if i'm not wrong, I can't write my test suite under license PHP 3.0
because of term of php in name PHPUnit.

Did I'm wrong ? If not, may I use another license (like BSD) for the
test suite, and still keep license PHP 3.0 for core of PEAR_Info package ?
