Hi Carsten,
I've been talking with Christian Weiske about the validation tests for
Date_Holidays and getting the AllTests.php file there compatible with his
TestSuite [ http://pear.cweiske.de/unittests-cvs/index-details.html ]

He asked that I do some work on Date_Holidays/tests/AllTests.php for this end
and I mentioned that I don't have cvs access to commit changes to the
Date_Holidays package.

I'd also like to get some work done on selecting languages and the charset
issue as listed at
http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php...ays&cmd=display

Would you mind giving me commit access and marking me as second lead?
