Hi Carsten,
I was discussing Date_Holidays/tests/AllTests.php with Christian Weiske and
found it needs to be updated so that it will work with his test suite script
at http://pear.cweiske.de/unittests-cvs/ - he asked that I make the required
changes for Date_Holidays and I remembered I don't have cvs commit access for
it.

I'd like to get the AllTests.php updated so we can see what the test coverage
is and also to get some of the language and character set issues fixed [they're
listed at http://pear.php.net/bugs/search.php...ays&cmd=display ]

I know you're busy and thought it might be a good idea if I were to become
second lead for the project - or at the least to get cvs commit rights to it.

Would you mind, please?
