New PEAR Tree Version

Hi QA,

I noticed that there is a beta version of PEAR Tree
(http://pear.php.net/package/Tree). This beta release is broken since
years. I know that there is no maintainer and there won't be a new stable
version.
But in the beta version the Tree_Dynamic_DBnested is broken, but it's
fixed in the CVS. Therefore even it's a beta version it would be great
that there will be a new beta version including the necessary fix from CVS
so people can use the beta version.
