Moving XML_SVG to PEAR cvs

| Hi PEAR QA folks-
I, with the agreement of the other core Horde devs, would like to move
the XML_SVG package out of Horde and in to PEAR CVS. I will no longer
be an active maintainer for this package; I'm not sure if Jan will be.
Please advise on what process you'd like me to follow to do this
smoothly; I believe I have all necessary karma to simply add it to
CVS, but I don't want to do that willy-nilly. :)

Do you guys use CVS over at Horde or SVN? If you use SVN, then I think
the best thing would be to just import as it as is. For CVS, perhaps
one of the admins like Derick could copy the entire history.

We use CVS. There isn't a whole lot of history for the package, but
I'd be happy to provide the repository files if that's what's best.
