BSD license text

Hi,

since there are a few variants of the BSD license,
I was wondering if I am supposed to copy the text
of the actual used license in the comment header block
of all the php files, or if the @license tag with the
url to the sample text of the appropriate variant [1]
is enough:

@license http://www.debian.org/misc/bsd.license BSD License (3 Clause)
