hi,
As some of you may know I've been working on bringing the coding standards
of the various Validate_xx locale packages up to scratch.

I'm pretty much done there and would like to become a full member of the QA
team so I can help out doing this and also work on lowering the bug count
and improving the coding standards for other packages too; including orphaned
packages.
