preparing for first Games_Chess stable release 1.0.0

Hi all,

Games_Chess 1.0.0RC1 has been available since 2006-11-18 with no bugs
reported. I would like to release 1.0.0 stable as soon as possible.
Included in the package are unit tests, and API docs are committed in
peardoc.

Any objections, speak up or I will release in 1 w
