It would be great if someone could check which packages currently do not
have a public SCM. The maintainers should be contacted and if there is
no feedback the last public version should be checked into PEAR CVS.
Also I think it would be great if we could try to maintain a simple
README file with the location of the external SCM for any packages that
use an external SCM.
