Archive_Tar & _Zip seem to be unmaintained

| Hi,
I've reported a bug about Archive_Zip on June, 20th and tried to contact
Vincent Blavet by email on these dates:
July, 4th
July, 17th
August, 1st
There was no response until today. Because of this and the long list of
bugs (there are reports from July 2004), I would mark both Archive_Tar
and Archive_Zip as unmaintained.
BTW: There is also not much activity on File_Archive: 13 bugs, last
commit 11 months ago and no responses in the forum on the package's
homepage. (We tried to contact Vincent Lascaux by email last w .)

Vincent replied to me today. He wrote that he does not have time anymore
for both packages.
As suggested last w, I would mark Archive_Zip as unmaintained and let
Pierre and the other PEAR installer developers take over the work on
Archive_Tar.
