Hi QA team,

Here's my patch for Services_Ebay (I should mention it's not a complete
patch for it but at least will handle Errors and will make requests as
they should be). Input/Output mappings for Requests are left that
updating them wouldn't be hard when eBay has released a complete
migration guide and this package is programmed very well.

BTW: I'm eager to be Maintainer of this package when it's marked as 'not
maintained'.
