phpDocumentor and CVS view error

While trying to read the cvs of phpDocumentor[1] through its pear
project page[2], i got such output

An Exception Has Occurred
Python Traceback

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "./lib/viewcvs.py", line 3591, in main
File "./lib/viewcvs.py", line 294, in run_viewcvs
AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'ViewCVSException'

Just to keep aware, in case you don't known situation !
