I already marked it unmaintained some ws ago. Arnaud added two new
lead maintainers.

At that point, I already asked, wheter this was a good idea, see
http://beeblex.com/lists/index.php/php.pear.qa/3438

So I'd definitely recommend, that we remove those two new maintainers
and mark the package as unmaintained.

A complete rewrite of Services_Ebay would be necessary to make it work
with the new schema. Once I've finished the book, I'm workng on right
now, I'll approach this problem.

bertrand, what are you trying to say here? You've been very strange
about QA for some time now. Anything quality related belongs on the QA
list. Anyone who is on the QA list is part of the extended QA team,
although only the core team has QA privileges.

Stephan is talking about an unmaintained package and BC problems,
these are QA matters.

Agreed and done.

It's marked unmaintained, I also added a message in the package summary.

Arnaud.
