I can't remember the details but it was already discussed and the
decision was to not force remove the end tag.

Yes, that's right, the conclusion was not force to remove them.
I mean to remove them as we do new releases.
And ask new comers to avoid them.

As add it in the next doc for maintainers,
along with the points we talked out recently.

Anyway, I make this rule, "cut php tails", mine for what I will release.
