Hello all,

Code is in CVS and all the bugs are fixed. I would like to release
version 1.3.0 but don't have package access since I'm not maintainer.

Could somebody with permissions create the package (pear package) and
release it?

Great, thanks. Btw, is it possible for QA people to release packages
without becoming lead?
