You could easily replace me in the QA group. I wanted to leave the team
about a year ago, as I could not devote enough time to the team. The
rest of the team wanted me to stay and so I decided to contribute a
domain, public SVN as well as a Trac installation, all available at:

http://pear-qa.net/qa-core

As this site hasn't been used actively in the past, we could as well
disable it and I leave the team...

If there finally is some interest in the site, it still could stay on
the server and I could install some more trac-plugins to ease
communication between the qa members.

Stephan, you don't need to go - that website is nifty, even if we
haven't used it much/at all yet. Christian could replace Lukas, who
resigned long ago. :)

Forgive me my ignorance, but what shall be on this page that couldn't be
handled on PEAR?

An important note, it would temporary. Once the new election system greg
put together is working we can hash out a new structure.

It was supposed to ease the communication between the QA-core members by
providing a wiki and a separate bug tracker to track issues that are not
real bugs. Furthermore we wanted to use SVN to work on some QA tools.

But as I said, I can disable it and leave them QA team as I will not
devote a lot of my time to PEAR.
