Since they're *subpackages*, I don't see any reason why they can't be
simply set up and released. It might not be a bad idea to release them
as subpackages of text_markup, though. At any rate, register the
packages and release. It will just require the usual approval of the
first stable release by QA. Nothing complicated.

As Text_Markup is vapor at this point, I think Text_Wiki would make
more sense. We can start a migration once Text_Markup becomes
something more than a glimmer in our collective eye. :-)
So where is the "register package" link on pearweb? All I see is the
proposal system, but I could well be missing the obvious...

Regarding the "register package" link, I skipped right over "new
package." Will work via that.
Bertrand, as you've been so proactive thus far, do you want to
register the new subpackages? (Perhaps better if the nominated leads
of the subpackages do so?)
